Ayskart (operated by ) sells digital products such as ebooks, prompt bundles, templates and fiction. Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are generally final.

When we will refund or replace

• You were charged but did not receive the download link.
• The file is corrupted or will not open, and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time.
• You were charged twice for the same product.

When we cannot refund

• You changed your mind after downloading the product.
• The product did not meet expectations but matches its description.

How to request

Email email within 7 days of purchase with your Razorpay payment ID and the product name. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
